In a major relief to Madhur Bhandarkar, the Director of Bollywood movie 'Page 3', a city court today dismissed a criminal complaint against him filed by a writer alleging the script of the movie was stolen from her book and that it defamed women journalists.

Additional Sessions Judge Vinod Kumar turned down the complaint by writer Nirmala Bhuradiya saying it did not have any merit.

Reacting to the court's decision, Bhandarkar said truth has prevailed and justice has been done.
