She got her first break in Bollywood under the directorial hat of Dibakar Bannerjee's movie. After Dibakar Bannerjee's Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye, this hot actress is all set to play the lead role of the upcoming movie 'Tamanchey'.

When asked about the gap between her first and next movie, Richa explained, "I was clear about doing good roles."

This is also the reason why she turned down a lot of offers that came her way.

In this movie, she is pairs up with Nikhil Dwivedi of 'Shor in the city' fame.
