"As the role is concerned, it really required mentally to be totally uninhibited...the film's success has opened a lot of opportunities especially the kind of roles for the female actors.

The Best Hindi Film is "I Am" by director Onir, while Anjan Dutta's 'Ranjana Ami Aar Ashbo Na' won the Best Bengali Film award.
Best Feature Film award was shared by Marathi film Deool and Kannada film Byari.
Shah Rukh Khan's Ra.One clinched the award for Best Special Effects.
