Short cuts
In summers, I live in my shorts. They make me feel light and airy. I love denim shorts as well as high-waist cotton shorts. In fact, you can wear cotton shorts to semi-formal evenings with a nice top or shirt too.
Legging it
A few pairs of leggings are a good investment. You can wear them with cotton tunics as well as long tops to work and events. Leggings paired with a silk tunic look classy as well.
Bag It
In summers, you need a large day bag to dump your sunglasses, water bottle, sunscreen, wet tissues and a lot more. Big bags in bold colours or prints look trendy.
Ban the tan
The sun can take a toll on your hair and skin. An umbrella can be a life-saver here. You find pretty ones in varied colours and prints at Bandra.
Go chunky
Sport some standout accessories like hoop earrings, long chains with big pendants, chunky bangles or pretty rings. Wear one thing at a time to avoid feeling heavy.
Hair and there
Get your hair out of the way in summers. Use clips, hair bands and ponytail holders. Make a style statement with blingy clips.
