Now singers come together for social cause

Singers like Suresh Wadekar, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Amit Kumar are set to perform together to raise funds for the education of visually challenged kids.

They will take to the stage for Shri Kulswamini Mata Charitable Trust, an organisation that has been working in the field of education for blind children.

The singers will perform some of the evergreen songs composed by Laxmikant-Pyarelal like "Sawan ka mahina", "Bindiya chamakegi", "Dafaliwale", and "Chithi aayi hai".

Also, veteran composer Pyarelal Sharma of the musical duo Laxmikant-Pyarelal will be felicitated by veteran actress Rekha during the gala evening scheduled for April 27 here.
