The film may be slotted to release in theatres on May 18, but looks like wrapping up the shoot of Ram Gopal Varma's next is far from over.
Sources say that Sanjay Dutt, who was scheduled to film a portion on Sunday, cancelled the shoot. The source adds that Sanjay will not be returning to the location.
Naturally, the makers are now facing the big question, as to how and when to complete the remaining shoot. Apparently, when the actor turned up at the location, the helipad at Film City in Goregaon around noon, he didn't seem very pleased with the venue.
"Sanju said that he didn't like the location, " revealed our source.
Apparently, Ram Gopal Varma tried persuading the actor to stay on. "Sanju suggested shooting with a high speed Phantom camera. He felt it would give good results for the climax fight. However, at about 4 pm, he left the location, " points out our source.
Line producer Dharam Oberoi clarifies, "We settled for Madhusudan Mills (Lower Parel). The shoot is underway." Oberoi adds, "I'm releasing my film on May 18." RGV maintains, "It was my decision to change the location."
