Veteran actress, Moushumi Chatterjee turned 64 on Thursday.

The actress who has contributed a lot to both Bollywood and Tollywood (Bengali filom industry) was born on Apr 26, 1948 in Calcutta (now Kolkata).

Her debut film was Balika Badhu (Bengali flick) and later after marriage she entered the Hindi film industry.

Chatterjee won Best Actress award for Balika Badhu and was Best Actress Nominee for Anurag.

She recently received Lifetime Achievement award from West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the 12th Telecine Awards 2012.

Some of her hit movies are Prem Bandhan, Swayamvar and Doli Saja Ke Rakhna.
