While shooting for an intimate scene with John Abraham, Kangna Ranaut's glass bangles broke and left her with several cuts

Call them occupational hazards. Kangna Ranaut recently learnt it the hard way when she injured herself on the sets of her new film, that too while shooting for a romantic scene. While filming an intimate shot with John Abraham, Kangna's glass bangles broke and injured her hand, after which bangles made of gold were ordered to prevent a repeat of the incident.

According to our sources, despite John holding on to Kang's hands quite gently, the glass bangles broke and cut her hand. A source explains, "The scene is meant to be intensely passionate because John and Kangna's characters meet after a considerable gap of time.



To get their expressions right they had even rehearsed for the scene earlier. However, when the actual scene was being shot, the glass bangles she was wearing, broke.The cuts around her wrist made her hand bleed."

The actress was given first aid immediately and a doctor was called to attend to her. Later, when the actress was to resume shoot, our source says that Gupta didn't want to risk Kangs getting hurt again. "So when she resumed the shoot, Kangna was given gold bangles to wear for the scene, " adds our source.
