Ashmit Patel seems to be quite a busy man these days

The actor who took to hosting television shows after appearing in Bigg Boss is currently shooting for two films simultaneously. He summed up his experience on the reality show as "positive and something that brought me back into the limelight!"

Along with films, the 34-year-old actor is also giving writing a try. Ashmit confirms, "Yes, I'm working on a script based on the autobiography of one of India's icons.

At the moment, I can't divulge much but I'm thoroughly enjoying the creative challenges." On being prodded if this ‘icon' hails from Bollywood, his reply was a firm "nope".
