Yami Gautam, who is a private person by nature, believes that one can transform their persona on screen.

"I feel really inspired looking at Sridevi. She's so calm and private in her personal life, but on screen, she completely transforms herself. She's like another person altogether!" Yami says.

She has had the pleasure of meeting her screen idol as well.

"She told Ayushmann (Khurana) that he made her laugh and that I made her cry with our performances, " she laughs.
