Munni, Sheila and Jalebi Bai have chalked up a new Bollywood trend, making at least one sizzling item number mandatory in every release.

After Munni, Shella and Jalebi Bai, Khatto Rani is all set to hit the screen. Katto Rani is an itemish number from movie ‘Baat Ban Gaiye' under ASR Media banner.

This movie is being directed by Shuja Ali. The song ‘Katto Rani' is sung by singer Javed Ali. Javed Ali is an Indian playback singer. He had sung many romantic but he is giving his voice to an item number for the first time.

The item number will be performed by debutant Actress Anisa. Anisa is a British Indian actress and playing a lead role in the movie opposite to Ali Fazal.

Ali Fazal started his acting career with "3 Idiots" better known as Joy. He had also played a lead role in the movie ‘Always Kabhi Kabhi'.

"We are sure the song will be a hit... it is very catchy. After 'Munni' and 'Sheila' we will rock with ' Khatto Rani, " said Asif Jha Producer of the film.

When spoken to Anisa, she said, "I was very shocked to hear that I have to do an item song but when I heard the song, I enjoyed it and am looking forward to it.

I shall push myself and get the steps as perfectly as I can and make this song the world best item song."

"Item songs have become a trend in Bollywood. They are a formula to lure the audience and contribute in making a film hit. The item songs ensure good opening at the box office, " Shuja Ali said.
