Kareena Kapoor's love for yoga is well known but beau Saif Ali Khan too has been seriously practicing the many asanas, even inviting his co-stars to join him during his sessions, on the sets of his home production.
During the shoot that took place some time back, Saif's staff is said to have always kept a yoga mat ready for him. Our source from the sets tells us, "Whenever he got a moment, on the street, in the park or by the lake, Saif would spread his yoga mat and start doing his exercises."
In fact, Saif also invited his heroines Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty to join him.
Our source adds, "Both the actresses sportingly took to the sessions and got some gyaan. After a while, Saif was back to his usual self and started playing pranks on them by making them perform weird aasans."
Saif took a fancy for yoga on the sets of Tashan. Not only did his romance with Kareena start on the sets then but he also managed to lose some kilos, thanks to the gruelling yoga sessions.
