"He is very delighted and very happy. In fact, he is throwing a party for me tomorrow for the success of my film, " Sharman, who is married to Prem Chopra's daughter Prerna, told.
Released Friday, the Rs.10-crore film grossed about Rs.14 crore in the first three days of its release. It is about a father and son, and the actor says that he didn't feel any pressure.
"There was no pressure on me, I enjoy my work. I believe in good quality cinema and I am extremely humbled with the audience reaction, " said the 33-year-old who has a daughter and twin sons.
Produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and directed by Rajesh Mapuskar, the film also starred Boman Irani and child artist Ritvik Sahore.
"I have seen the film twice. I also saw it during the premiere. It's a beautiful film. I am very happy for Sharman, " said Chopra.
