Model-turned-actor Mugdha Godse, who made her debut in Madhur Bhandarkar's award winning film 'Fashion', turned 26 on Thursday.

The actress was born in Pune in the year 1986 and completed her graduation degree in commerce.

Mugdha, who won Gladrags Mega Model Hunt in 2002, made a mark in Bollywood with her very first film 'Fashion', where she shared the screen with Priyanka Chopra and Kangna Ranaut.

Her role of Janet Sequeira was praised by fans and critics. Mugdha, next appeared in Rohit Shetty's film 'All The Best', where she was paired opposite Fardeen Khan.

She also featured in 'Jail' along with Neil Nitin Mukesh.

Her film 'Help' with Bobby Deol and Sreyash Talpade, released in 2010, was a disaster at the box office.

The actress also participated in Femina Miss India contest in the year 2004, where she was selected as one of the semi-finalists.

Godse will soon be sharing screen space with actor Vinay Pathak in 'No Rules For Fools'.

Her next projects include 'Afra Tafri' and 'Oh God! Saare Hain Fraud'.
