28-year-old actress continued shooting after taking medication for her leg injuries.

Actress Yami Gautam met with a bike accident while shooting a song sequence for a Tamil movie in Hyderabad.

The 28-year-old actress, who rose to prominence with her debut film 'Vicky Donor', has sustained leg injuries.

Everyone on the sets panicked the moment she ws injured and a doctor was called immediately. Since the shoot had to be completed, Yami asked the doctor to give her some high dosage of painkillers so that she could resume the shoot in two hours.

Confirming the incident, Yami said, "Yes I met with a small accident during a bike sequence for the film and ended up injuring my leg. Luckily, we had a doctor on stand-by so it was tended to immediately. The cast and crew were very supportive."
