Actor-theatre personality-ad man, Bharat Dabholkar, is planning to start a film production company.

"I am looking at this company, exclusively for production, to consistently make good films over a period of time," Dabholkar, who is currently on the lookout for corporate investors, was quoted as saying.

Prior to this, Dabholkar had produced "God Only Knows", a spoof on the country's hurly-burly political scene. "I do have a number of very interesting subjects in my mind that I plan to tap," he reveals.

On the acting front, he has decided to take it easy as far as films are concerned. "That's because I am preoccupied with my new play, 'Tamasha Mumbai Ishtyle'. The play is currently running to packed houses in Delhi and I want to keep the tempo going."
