Actor has been roped in to play a policeman in Salman Khan's upcoming remake of a Telugu blockbuster

Playing a cop comes easy to Suniel Shetty. After wearing the khaki in Vinashak and Bade Dilwala, he is donning the police costume once again for Salman Khan's upcoming film that is the remake of a Telugu blockbuster.

While Sallu is slated to play a thief, Suniel will essay a cop out to nab him. The storyline will also have both the male protagonists vying for the attention of the same girl (Sonakshi Sinha).

Our source says, `Suniel is very apt for this role as he and Salman belong to the same age bracket. Both actors are super fit and can play younger men on the big screen.` Shetty remained unavailable for comment.
