Sources close to Anushka Sharma slam rumours about her not being paired opposite Aamir Khan in Rajkumar Hirani's 'Peekay'

Ever since Anushka Sharma has been signed to feature in Rajkumar Hirani's next, there have been rumours that a certain section of the industry has suddenly grown very jealous of her.

Those close to the actress are saying that Anushka's competitors are unnecessarily spreading false news about her.

Initially, there was news that Anushka had been paired opposite Aamir Khan in the film.

A friend of the actress says, `Soon after she got confirmed, there were rumours about how she had been paired opposite TV actor Sushant Singh Rajput in the film, instead of Aamir.`

Slamming these rumours, sources from the production house state, `Anushka is very much paired opposite Aamir. Sushant's dates span over just eight to 10 days for this project. Someone has been spreading baseless rumours.`
