Every actor in Bollywood wants to do a South Indian remake films, But Emraan Hashmi continues doing what he does best playing ordinary characters caught up in a twist situations.
In his latest movie Rush, Emraan plays an investigative crime journalist Sam Grover who is caught up in a web of Deceit and Betrayal who later tries to get out it in his own way.
But what's wrong with a South Indian 'Larger then Life' roles? "I'll do such a role only when the right script comes along. I don't understand beating up 15 people at a time. There has to be something real in a film."
Says the actor. Talking about his character in Rush, Emraan insists this one to be an out an out commercial character.
Rush is directed by Shamin Desai who expired while shooting this film, Remaining portions of Rush was completed by Shamin's wife. It is heard that Shamin shot 95% of the film.
