With Hurricane Sandy wreaking havoc in the US, Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and Bipasha Basu have expressed concern for those affected and are praying for the well-being of everyone.

Sandy hit the East Coast of US early Monday, and has taken its cities by storm.

Like most others, Bollywood stars have been tracking the updates on the hurricane, and took to Twitter to share their concern. Here's what they wrote:

Nargis Fakhri: Gosh just checked the update on Hurricane Sandy! It's was no joke. I was in New York City for Irene which was nothing compared to this. Hope everyone is safe.
