"I have been cheated. How can anybody do this? I am extremely upset," Advani told.
"We have sent the notice and I am going to fight for justice. A woman should not suffer all her life like this. Women should have the right to fight for justice. Manohar Shetty is my lawyer," she added.
According to media reports, Advani filed a domestic violence case in a Bandra court.
On Thursday, the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate ordered notices to be served to Rajesh Khanna's wife Dimple Kapadia, son-in-law and actor Akshay Kumar and daughters Twinkle Khanna and Rinki Saran.
Advani says she has spent the best time with Rajesh Khanna.
"It was the most memorable time of my life and nobody can take it away from me. I had spent the best phase of my life with him.
"The journey was sweet and sour - I have some good memories and some horrifying memories as well."
She claims she had a cordial relationship with the actor's family before he passed away in July.
"But things changed during the end. It's really sad. I don't want to talk about it," Advani said.
She hopes she is granted protection under the Domestic Violence Act and allowed access to Ashirwad, Rajesh Khanna's bungalow in Bandra, where she claimed to have lived with the actor since 2003.
Her lawyer Shetty told: "The respondents will have to reply Nov 27. Anita has been humiliated and removed from Ashirwad by the family members, which is unfair." When contacted, the late actor's close family friend Vijay Zaveri said: "We don't want to comment on it."
