Ranveer Singh has been hitting the gym religiously for a new look in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film with Deepika Padukone. He has also been following a strict no salt diet. But it was testing times for Ranveer recently when some yummy biryani was ordered while shooting at Film City in Goregoan.
A unit source says, `Ranveer had been dying to eat some normal food. The director had ordered for biryani for the cast and crew. But Ranveer did not touch even a morsel. He did not want to cheat on his diet even once.`
Adds the source, `So impressed was Bhansali with Ranveer's dedication that he promised him that after the day's shooting got over, he would take him to a restaurant of Ranveer's choice and treat him to the most sumptuous meal ever!`
