The actor was all ready to set sail for his vacation when Ekta Kapoor ordered him to report to work

Often called the production czarina, what Ekta Kapoor wants, Ekta Kapoor gets! Recently she ordered Emraan Hashmi to postpone his holiday and report to work instead.

Sources say that in Ekta's next, starring Emraan, the producer felt something was missing in the film's promo. Apparently, she wanted the promo to look and feel more eerie.

She apparently summoned Emraan, who was all set to leave on his vacation, to stay back and re-dub for the sequence.


A source close to the actor says, `Emraan had to delay his New Year plans. The trailer of the film was already in place by then. It took him a day to go through the work again.

Ekta is known to be a taskmaster and Emraan readily complied.` Apparently, Ekta later apologised to Emraan for spoiling his plans.
