Adnan Sami, who is all geared to release a new album after break of 5 years, has unleashed his sense of humour.

The singer has released a series of funny videos, where he quite plainly proves his ability to laugh at himself.

He will be seen in different mundane setting throughout the series of videos, they are based on real events from his life where people simply cannot recognise the singer after his phenomenal weight loss.

Adnan's new avatar has left him looking remarkably fit but also completely unrecognizable leading to several funny incidents.

The first video opens to Adnan stepping into a lift with two other people and he proceeds to hum the tune to his hit song 'Life Karadey' expecting some form of recognition.

However, all he gets is a couple of strange stares from the other people in the lift.

The second video sees him being asked to vacate a seat at a shoot that is reserved for him because the crew does not recognize him.

In another video Adnan is seen preparing for a blind date but on his arrival his date moves away from the table as soon as he sits down, leaving Adnan alone at the table with a menu.

The album titled `Press Play' is Adnan's first studio album in five years and is currently scheduled for an early-Jan`13 release.

This is also Adnan's first album on Universal Music with whom he's signed a worldwide deal.
