Movies always tend to evoke certain emotions in us. However, it's not often that we are moved to tears, feel empathetic, angry and astonished at the same time. The 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks is an event that is etched in our memories forever.

The image of the burning dome of the Taj Mahal and Palace Hotel, the eerie silence at CST still sends a chill down our spine. Imagine watching the event, as it happened on screen.

The Attacks of 26/11 is a cinematic representation of the events that happened and captures the spirit honestly. Superstar Amitabh Bachchan saw the first draft of the movie and shared his views on Twitter. These are the series of tweets which depict his feelings, @SrBachchan

T 985 - RGV shows me a rough cut of his latest 'Attacks of 26/11'... stunned, shocked, angered.. but choked with tears when..!

T 985 - Nana Patekar is brilliant... such restraint and maturity in his performance.. And the young actor that plays Kasab, so convincing

T 985 - I cannot fathom why I choked with tears after film was over, but I did.. that is the truth.. perhaps that the reason.. truth !!

T 985 - Was the emotion, content, honesty of performances, or was it just the inhumanity that resides in humans.. yes ! truth is painful !

T 985 - There were times in the film when I wanted to stand up and SCREAM.. !! At other times silenced by its audacity.. !!

T 985 - Research on the film '26/11' has been infinitely precise.. the subjects shown have all been talked to in detail...

T 985 - My mind bursts with far too many thoughts.. if I dwell more on this subject, I may make a mistake and say the truth to quell nerves

In fact Amitabh Bachchan was so absorbed in his thoughts that amidst sharing his feelings about the movie he overlooked congratulating Abhishek Bachchan.

T 985 - And in all this.. I forgot to congratulate Abhishek for winning his second award of the year for 'Bol Bachchan' at Zee...

Indeed watching the actual tragedy on screen can be an emotional experience altogether.
