"I get more offers for direction than acting. I don't receive offers for acting... everyone takes me as a director... which I think is good. It is not that I am not keen on acting. If I am comfortable and I like it then I take up acting.
It is not that I won't be acting," Prabhu told. "I did choreography, direction and acting. Everything is a part of my job. But I love doing choreography more than anything," he said. Prabhu is not actively seen acting in Hindi films, but has made cameo appearances, especially in songs. He was last seen in a special appearance song in Akshay Kumar's 'Oh My God' and 'Rowdy Rathore' last year.
As far as acting in films is concerned, Prabhu believes he should feel comfortable enough to act. "I think I should feel comfortable to do the role, the film. And then I should have time as I have choreography and direction work as well," he said.
Prabhu, who has been wooing the audience with his fine and flexible dance skills, says, "My first passion is choreography. Presently I am busy with direction, if I am free and if someone needs me I will do it (choreography)," he said. Considering that he would be acting in Remo D'Souza's upcoming 3D dance film 'ABCD', Prabhu did not have to be a choreographer.
"This is not my first film as an actor. In every Indian film dance is an essential part, there are choreographers. So I did not have to hold myself in the area of choreography. When I am acting I am just acting and nothing else," he said. 'ABCD - Anybody Can Dance' stars Prabhu and Ganesh Acharya in key roles, while some contestants of reality show 'Dance India Dance' also essay central characters. The film will release on February 8.
