Our lensman captured the 'Jism 2' actress who had come to give her statement in her complaint against Kamaal Rashid Khan

The star of Jism 2 had come to the station to give her statement in the complaint that she had filed against actor-filmmaker Kamaal Rashid Khan for misquoting her. Khan had claimed that the actress had made the controversial statement 'Rape is not a crime, it's just surprise sex.`

Following the remarks, Leone had approached the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell of the Mumbai police and registered a complaint against him.

After taking down her statement, the Versova police filed an FIR against Khan under sections 501 (printing matter known to be defamatory) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) under the IPC.
