"There is no difficulty as such in composing music. It's the easiest thing, but there is a challenge for composers. For me, the challenge is to come out of my comfort zone. Directors want to take me out of my comfort zone," the 27-year-old said here in an interview.
"People know me through my songs like 'Maula Mere Maula', 'Zindagi ne zindagi bhar gam diye', 'Tose naina lage re' and 'Dil sambhal ja zara'. These songs are full of emotions and represent a specific mood. But in this ('3G'), I have also done a Punjabi track, which is not hip-hop like the usual ones.
"It has a sufi colour of Punjabi poetry. So there is a louder side of Mithoon in '3G' album," he added.
The soundtrack of "3G" has a total of five tracks, out of which one track "Kaise bataaoon", sung by Sonal Chauhan and singer KK released Feb 15.
Besides, "3G" Mithoon is also composing for "Aashiqui 2".
