The 37-year-old is part of the second season of adventure-based travel show 'Life Mein Ek Baar'.
The other participants on the show are actresses Barbara Mori, Kirat Bhattal, VJ Archana Vijaya and model Diandra Soares. The show is shot in the exotic locations of South Africa.
Yana, who has participated in 'Khatron ke Khiladi' earlier, said, "One of the most amazing acts during the show was doing bungee-jumping in Cape Town. I did bungee-jumping from one of the most highest locations in the world. I even learned to fly a helicopter."
Narrating her most difficult as well as most satisfying experience on the show, Yana said, "I have done bungee-jumping earlier but I wasn't really comfortable doing it. But I was chosen to do it on the show and it turned out to be my most amazing experience."
"When you are up there; it is a mixture of feelings which is amazing as well as horrible, both at the same time. Though it is very scary and uncomfortable while you are falling from the helicopter, but I think nature really helped as the surroundings of South Africa were magically beautiful," she added.
Yana said the most challenging part of the adventure show was the hectic schedules of shooting abroad.
"The schedules were very exhausting and the challenge was to enjoy the show every moment while co-operating and appreciating others."
Denying any cat-fights with other female contestants on the show, Yana said that all the other girls were fun-loving adventurous souls with no big attitudes though she was closest to Mexican actress Barbara.
Yana, who entered Bollywood with her item song 'Babuji' in the film "Dum" has already done two television shows earlier.
When asked about her upcoming Bollywood ventures, Yana said, "I am looking at some work."
