Shekhar Kapur has clarified that he is on board "Indian Sherlock" only as its executive producer.

"Just reading a lot of media on 'Indian Sherlock' with Anil Kapoor. I have neither announced the film, nor producing or directing it, " Kapur tweeted.

"'Indian Sherlock' with Anil Kapoor is a wonderful story being produced by Himanshu Awasthy directed by Anand Tucker. Am helping as executive producer, " he added,
