Buzz is that Amitabh Bachchan will produce Sudhir Mishra's upcoming project besides acting in the film

Though there has been much delay in Sudhir Mishra's upcoming project Mehrunnisa starring Chitrangada Singh, it looks like the film is all set to roll soon.

The project that was to start in April was earlier pushed back to October due to Amitabh Bachchan's ill health. Now we hear that Bachchan will not only act in the film, but his production house will also produce it.


A source says, `Big B has decided to produce the movie and is also taking keen interest in streamlining the cast and other important things for the project to take off. The announcement will be made soon. Since his banner is now involved, Bachchan is keeping himself abreast of all the details related to it.`

Sudhir however refused to give details on the film. `Mehrunnisa will soon be announced by the producers. Beyond this I cannot say anything. A press conference will be held soon and everything will be cleared.`
