Randeep Hooda is known to be a lover of horses. So much so that the actor recently ordered for 100 kgs of jaggery from Punjab to be specially flown in to his stables at the Mumbai racecourse

It was while he was shooting in Punjab for his next film that he came to know of a special variety of jaggery available there.

A source says, `Randeep is very fond of his horses and makes special arrangements from time to time for them. Jaggery is very good for the studs' health. It's no surprise that he went an extra step to treat his horses.`

A friend of the star adds, `Randeep loves to pamper his horses -- Johnny Walker, Simply Supreme, Ranjee, Son Of Soil and Rommel -- as they are like his babies. He often tells his friends how they are the love of his life and he showers his attention on them as much as he can.`
