Shekhar Kapur may come across as a choosy director given the time lapse in his filmography.

However, one can't blame the award-winning filmmaker when it comes to going with the cast he wants. Currently working on his dream project, Shekhar says he just wants to work with capable actors.

He tells CS, `I've always been particular about actors whom I feel are going to completely suit the part. I cast Naseeruddin Shah for Masoom, Sridevi for Mr. India, Heath Ledger for The Four Feathers and Cate Blanchett for Elizabeth because I knew they would do justice to my vision. I always look for talented actors. After all, correct casting is crucial.`
