Chatwal's friends, of course, including rap mogul P. Diddy, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen and actors Leonardo DiCaprio and Johnny Depp, the Who's Who of American showbiz.
"My friends have indicated that they would come," smiled Chatwal. "They would love to come. But until they do... they are very busy people, with their schedules and everything."
Among the other close friends of the family are former US president Bill Clinton and his New York Senator wife, Hillary.
The wedding, which will take place early next year, would be spread over New Delhi and Rajasthan and Chatwal insists that it won't be too flamboyant.
"It will be tastefully lavish," said Chatwal, who has been called Manhattan's and Playboy's Most Eligible Bachelor.
"The wedding won't go too overboard," said Chatwal, who has dated Bundchen and zipped around the world in P. Diddy's private aircraft from party to party.
Chatwal and Sachdev were introduced by the queen of Mumbai society, Queenie Dhody, and were engaged a few months ago. Both of them are looking at pursuing an acting career.
Chatwal, who had a tiny role in "Zoolander" and starred in "One Dollar Curry", will next be seen in "Ajnabee" (which also has Amitabh Bachchan) and Tanuja Chandra's "Hope and a Little Sugar".
Sachdev has just been offered her first Bollywood film.
