After shooting for 75 days for his upcoming film, Ruslaan Mumtaz has opted out of the project

According to the actor, his initial 30-day schedule was extended to more than two months but the film is yet to be completed. A miffed Ruslaan has now decided to distance himself from the project.

The actor says, `The film was initially supposed to be a quickie and I was required for only a month. I was asked for extra dates, which I did give. But after the Haryana schedule of the film, the Mumbai schedule too experienced delays.`

Apparently because of the delay, Ruslaan had to keep altering his look to suit the storyline's requirements. And even after 75 days, the filmmakers have apparently asked for 10 more dates for the project.

However in his defence, director Ajay Lohan states that it was always supposed to be a 52-day schedule. `Now, we need Ruslaan only for a song. He and the producer will speak and solve the issue.`
