But for this strapping bunch of actors, it didn't take much to remind them of the virtues of punctuality.
On the sets of director Shashant A Shah's next film, Bajatey Raho, it was hardly a secret that Tusshar Kapoor, Ranvir Shorey and Vinay Pathak were firm believers in the late to bed-late to rise policy. But the sudden appearance of two striking ladies on the sets had the trio running straight from their beds to the sets, much before their call time.
According to insiders, while shooting in the Delhi winters, all the three actors found it extremely trying to wake up early and report to the sets on time. So the rest of the cast and crew were in for a major surprise when the actors turned up, much before their scheduled time on the day when Maryam Zakaria and Scarlett Wilson arrived to film their item number.
Our source says, `Shashant could not believe his eyes. Despite his many threats, the three actors would always be late. And as soon as the two hotties landed, Tusshar, Ranvir and Vinay were right on time for a change.`
Shah confirms that boys' antics and says, `They always had some or the other excuse for coming late. Their shoot schedules were almost of 12-14 hours everyday. But when I was to shoot the Nagin track, the boys reported for work several hours in advance.`
The director even managed to turn their trick on them by not informing them when the item song was completed. Apparently, the three actors continued to report on the sets on time.
