After the funny "Masti" which was a box-office hit, producer Ashok Thakeria has now planned another comedy with friend and director Indra Kumar.

The film, titled "Pyare Mohan", stars Vivek Oberoi and Fardeen Khan. The film, to be shot on location in India and Thailand, will also star Boman Irani in a "very interesting role".

Ashok Thakeria is currently in the process of finalising the two lead actresses for the film.
