Rubbishing and refuting reports in a section of the press that Salman Khan's next project Kick has been delayed because of the star's hit-and-run case hearing, producer Sajid Nadiadwala who turns director with this high-voltage actioner says the film is very much on schedule.

`We were always supposed to start on 27 July, and we're starting on 27th, ` said Sajid from London.

The first schedule begins in Glasgow and not in London as wrongly reported.

We hear the Scottish city has been selected for its rugged outdoors.

Says a source close to Sajid, `Sajid wanted the locations to be completely unexposed. He intends to film some unique action sequences in Glasgow. Lately Salman has avoided doing heavy-duty stunts because of his neurological condition.

But this time Salman would be performing all the stunts himself. Sajid has taken all precautions to ensure Salman's safety. `
