According to Deshmukh, Rozlyn Khan becomes the first Bollywood star to have her own web-comic. Deshmukh has signed an agreement with Rozlyn Khan to license out her name and likeness in the exchange of royalties.
The idea behind this online comic is to build the online persona of Rozlyn into brand and icon, other than revenue potential of online. Infact deshmukh is looking at the merchandising opportunities and licensing out the comic character itself for offline and other media exposure.
This site has a welcome poster of Rozlyn cartoon which resembles the same way Rozlyn Khan posed for Chennai super king in IPL season and dedicated it to MS Dhoni and the story revolve around a girl Sania who comes to Mumbai with the dream of making big in fashion industry.
`I am surprise to see the rising response from boys. With this comic strip I can be fantasized by millions and I don't land up doing actual skin show. In my case it is my caricature that shall be involved in it and not me personally... so boys don't worry just meri chitrakala dekho.... ha ha...boys will be boys, ` says Rozlyn Khan.
However the Savita Bhabi cartoon was banned in India in 2008 by the government. lets see how lucky Rozlyn khan venture would be or will Rozlyn Comics meet the same fate savita bhabhi did??
