When Andaz Apna Apna released two decades ago, it didn't find immediate fame

However surprisingly, many movie buffs still call the film one of their most favourite comedies.

Incidentally, the buzz about the film's sequel has been doing the rounds for a while now and speculations were rife that the part two could once again see Aamir and Salman Khan reprising the roles of Amar and Prem.

Sources say Rajkumar Santoshi, who directed the original film, has two scripts ready -- one for Aamir and Salman and another for Ranbir Kapoor and Shahid. What's interesting is that if Santoshi makes the film with the younger actors, it would still require the older stars to be a part of it.

A source says, `The sequel cannot be done without Salman and Aamir. They might have to make at least special appearances for the film to work.`

The director remained unavailable for comment.
