Move over Saif Ali Khan, there's a new Royalty all set to take the film industry by a storm. Hailing from the lineage of Mohammad Nawab Ghaziauddin Khan under whom the entire Ghaziabad in Delhi NCR is named, Alisa Kkhan believes in being nothing but the best.

Having done 12 superhit Punjabi music videos in the past that include the ones with Mika, Bally Sagoo among others, Alisa has set her steps in the film world and very recent was seen playing the main lead in the film My Husband's Wife.

Talking about her foray in the film industry Alisa says, `I started working from the age of 12 years and have always believed in looking ahead. I am a trained belle dancer and an extremely passionate actor. I started modeling. Believe you me, I will be the number 1 actress one day!`There's no doubt at that going by the way the actress has already planned her career.

Not many know that Alisa's next film is with Vikram Bhatt where she is paired opposite none other than the serial kisser of the film industry Emraan Hashmi! `Yes, I am doing Vikram Bhatt's Aaina where I play the main lead opposite Emraan Hashmi. When I did my first film, My Husband's Wife, I was offered many similar roles and many roles in the supporting lead too. But I am certainly not interested in being anybody's sidekick. I want to do only main lead roles and other than Aaina I already have two more projects as the leading lady in my bag!`


Very early in her life, this teenage actress who is soon to turn 20 saw her share of controversies too right from a lesbian attack from her co-star Rakhi Vohra to lashing out at people who compared her to the likes of Poonam Pandey and Sherlyn Chopra, Alisa Kkhan seems to have done it all. `I cannot take crap lying low. I had to make myself clear that I would not tolerate being pitted in the league of Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey and their likes. I have more class than that. My ambition is to be called the next Preity Zinta for I am as cute as her or the next Katrina Kaif as I am that hot too!`
