If reports from the sources are to be believed then these days both Bangalore and Mumbai police are on a look out for Poonam in order to deliver her a court notice in a case pending against her.
Reportedly the case against Poonam was filed on the charges of hurting Hindu religious sentiments by posing semi nude before the photograph of Lord Vishnu for an ad commercial.
On the basis of complaint a case under section 295 A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings) was filed against this sultry dame for which court issued summons to her on November 7, 2012 and on February 26, 2013. But on the both occasions Poonam didn't give a toss about court's orders and avoided receiving summons from the cops. Subsequently cops cited " untraceable" as the reason for not delivering the summons.
Now another summon has been issued to Poonam in June this year, for delivering which Mumbai police is running from "pillar to post". And if reports pertaining to Poonam are to be believed then these days this sensuous sex siren is enjoying her days in Bangalore only, where she has gone to shoot for her upcoming item number in Kannad cine flick "Love is Poison".
