"Krrish 3" has got a grand opening making it a perfect start for Diwali celebrations for Priyanka Chopra, the lead actress of the sci-fi superhero drama.

The actress took to Twitter to express her gratitude.

"What a wonderful start to Dhanteras.. 'Krrish 3' with phenomenal opening numbers...I'm shaking with nervousness..on a non-holiday this is fabulous," Priyanka posted on the microblogging site Friday.

The actress also added that the hard work put in by the cast, crew and makers of the film for three years has been well rewarded.

"God bless everyone who worked on this film for three long years..hope this is the beginning to a great Diwali...'Krrish 3' out in theatres now," she said.

The third installment in the franchise, which began with 2003 hit "Koi...Mil Gaya", "Krrish 3" stars Hrithik Roshan as the superhero and sees Vivek Oberoi and Kangana Ranaut in negative roles.
