Aditya Roy Kapur, after initial flop, got success in Aashiqui2 and Yeh Jawani Hai Dewani which helped him earn well. As a result the actor has bought a flat in Bandra.

Aditya had failed miserably in Action Replay and Guzaarish but then things changed for him.

He also has the backing of one big daddy and a corporate giant in Bollywood.

A source informed, "Having earned well, Aditya bought a flat at Carter Road, Bandra. It's a two-bedroom-hall-kitchen home, where the actor lives independently. Aditya is proud of it."

The actor's other indulgence is a pair of fancy wheels. "The home and the car are like a windfall," our source added.
