There's an old saying, which states that "a person never steps in same water", and we guess the fact is a thorough universal truth, "at least after seeing the worsening-war between ace comedian Kapil Sharma and his colleague Sunil Grover", we are bound to think this way.

In the recent past when Sunil walked out of Kapil's band of comedians, it was assumed by many that sooner or later the whole dispute will subside and duo will shake hand. But the recent act of the makers of "Comedy Nights With Kapil" has once again thrown the burning wood out in open and has quite clearly revealed that, reaching a compromise with Sunil is not at all there in their agenda of items.


In a recent development, the makers of the show i.e. Viacom18 sent out a warning to Sunil, through print media stating that he in no manner is entitled to imitate the mannerism of Gutthi anywhere or on any channel, because Viacom18 has sole, exclusive, absolute and unlimited ownership right on all the intellectual property pertaining to the same, hence latter should not indulge in any act which may resemble the format of the show or the mannerism of Gutthi, in order to avoid any legal hassle.

Besides this the Viacom 18 has also issued an appeal, that if any person or organisation intends to associate with any such show then they should seek an approval from Viacom18.

Past Imperfect

When the news about this calamitous separation of Kapil and Sunil made it to grapevine a version of buzz suggested that it's the whooping remuneration demand of, Sunil, which has taken its toll and has imposed a fracas.


But subsequently another buzz made it to news arena, which stated that it's the insecurities of Kapil due to rising popularity of Sunil's character which has painted a crevice between both the parties.

Whatever the reasons be, but by now the things only seems to be getting worst between these two ace performers, that too without any remotest possibility of compromise.
