Rowdyism, arrogance, romance and fights have remained an inseparable parts of reality show `Bigg Boss` ever-since its inception. But this time with season 7, the controversial stature of the show has touched even newer heights, with some of its contestants landing up in legal tangle.

Although when show started almost three months back, it took a very mild start and could not garners much of fan`s curiosity. But with the passage of time controversies started raising their bonce and Bigg Boss` season 7 turned in one of the talked about affair for the viewers.

After Armaan Kohli`s getting into the legal-trouble on the complaint of British actress Sofia Hayat, this time it`s actor, Ajaz Khan who has invited a tribulation for himself by calling Bhartiya Janta Party`s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi a "Chor" (thief).

Reportedly a defamation case has been filed against Ajaz and Colors channel, by the Mumbai cadre of BJP`s youth wing at Samta Nagar police station at Kandivali.


Misfortune for Ajaz began when one of the leaked clips, where Ajaz is seen calling Naredra Modi a thief went viral on social media. However the complete piece of video which is said to be almost two weeks old, was omitted by the makers and was not telecasted in order to avoid any legal hassle, but one of the small excerpt where Ajaz is calling Narendra Modi a thief got leaked and subsequently took social media and YouTube by storm.

Soon after getting the sniff of the video clip BJP`s Lonavala cadre created ruckus outside Bigg Boss house and even tried to barge into the house, but were prevented from doing so, by the cops.

Sources from tinsel town have further revealed that after filling the initial complaint Samta Nagar police has now transferred the case to, Lonavala police who reached on the sets of Bigg Boss at Lonavala on Saturday night, in order to collect the raw footage .
