Really! Star wars are no different from gang wars, says Mahesh Bhatt
The filmmaker and some industry folk react to Hrithik Roshan's statement

All this is being done because of their personal egos. It is like saying, `Meri kameez teri kameez se ujli hai.` I feel that in most cases numbers are inflated and in this age of computerisation, one can easily find out the actual business of the film. In the old days, there were values, but people today are unscrupulous.

I remember after Ganga Jamuna released, Raj Kapoor, who was shooting in Bangalore, called Dilip Kumar at midnight and told him, `Aaj tune prove kar diya ke tu industry ka sabse bada hero hain.` A gesture like that is unheard of in today's times.

-- Ramesh Taurani, filmmaker

We often get calls from actors asking about the business of another actor's film. Criticising the film, they even say that the numbers are much lesser than that projected by the actor's or producer's office.
