'Comedy Nights with Kapil' has run into trouble for its sexiest remarks against women. Some women activists have objected to Kapil Sharma comments on the women as a whole while Hema Malini was present in the humour show's recent episode.

NGOs Bhartiya Muslim Mahila Andolan and Kaydeshir Wagne have filed a complaint with the Maharashtra State Women's Commission.

"We plan to send a notice to the channel within the next couple of days and will probably call for a hearing next week," the commission's spokesperson said.`
