Earlier Salman had promoted Aamir's action-thriller 'Dhoom 3' on his show 'Bigg Boss' by wearing the trademark hat that the '3 Idiots' star's character wears in the movie. Aamir, 48, took to social networking sites to return the favour.
"12 days to go... JAI HO," he posted on Facebook and Twitter. 'Dhoom 3' went on to become the biggest hit of Bollywood surpassing 'Chennai Express' and 'Krrish 3' and grossed over 500 crores worldwide.
Salman, who was last seen on the silver screen in his 2012 blockbuster 'Dabangg 2', will next be seen in the action-drama 'Jai Ho' directed by his brother Sohail Khan. The film will hit theatres on January 24.
