Director Krish is making a comedy-drama film 'Gabbar' centred around Akshay Kumar.

"It's an out-and-out Akshay Kumar film. The film is a mix of comedy and drama. Let me clarify that Sunil Grover only has a supporting part, but it will be an important one though," said Krish, who makes his directorial debut with the film.

"It's too early to reveal the intricacies of the character," he said. Apparently, Sunil's character will be part of many funny scenes.

"I can't talk about the film yet since I have been asked not to," Sunil, who is also getting ready for his new comedy TV show, said. There have been reports suggesting that he is playing the 'parallel lead' with Akshay. "I haven't said anything (about that).

And I am not aware of it. Let me find out more," he added. Apart from Akshay and Shruti Haasan, the film will also feature Prakash Raj and Sonu Sood. Kareena Kapoor Khan will make a special appearance in the movie in a dance number.
